Beer. It’s a wonderful word. Of course, one wonders what possessed someone back in the days of pre-history to toss barley, hops, yeast and water into a vat and let it ferment. Even more, what could have convinced that person to say to themselves: “You know, that funny looking liquid that’s left in the vat looks like it might be pretty tasty.”
